Financing your Rural Retreat is simple and easy. Most importantly, Rural Retreats are available at prices that are so low they fit every budget, so financing may not even be necessary in many instances. You can always use the proceeds of your home equity line of credit or savings account or simply pool your available cash with some friends or family.
OWNER FINANCING: Owner financing is available for our smaller properties, but we are a small family business, so we cannot owner-finance the larger, more expensive properties. We pride ourselves on fairness and keep closing costs low (usually around $200) or any penalty for prepayments/early payoffs with our owner financing.
